Following the events of September 11, 2001, Jerry Rovner launched a management consulting practice that focuses in the area of strategic planning, operations, and human resources management. His engagements have included the restructuring of small firms, profitability analysis, and business coaching for startups and established businesses, and the realignment of company strategy, tactics and goals.

Jerry is the CEO of Rapid Response Computer Service, Inc. a disabled veteran's owned company. Rapid Response Computer Service is a highly successful multi-facetted computer business located in Mercer County NJ.

Prior to starting this business, he was an executive for several companies that capitalized on his expertise in operations, logistics, sales, and human resource management. As the Chief Operating Officer for Rail Head CFS, and RHP Transportation he was responsible for this multi million dollar warehousing, U. S. Customs examination and CFS site with four facilities located on the East Coast. As the Director of Intermodal Operations for Ameriport, Jerry managed this start-up transportation company that integrated rail, sea and trucking operations.. For Fedders Corporation, he was the Vice President/Director of Marketing for this leading air conditioner manufacturer, and he managed a staff of 200 with a budget of over $30 million annually. In his early career, he was the Manager of National Distribution for L'Oreal/Lancome and manager of warehouse logistics for Squibb.

Before entering the business world, Jerry served on active duty in the United States Navy as a Deep Sea Diving and Salvage officer. After completing Officer Candidate School, Jerry was selected for and received diving training in Washington, D.C. Upon completing this course, he reported to the USS Ortolan (ASR-22) as the Deep Submergence Officer, where he was responsible for submarine rescue operations. He holds certifications as a Saturation Deep-Sea Diver, a Surface Warfare Officer, and a Special Operations Officer.

In 2004 Terry Ikey opened Rapid Response Computer Service with Jim Hearney in the spring of 2004. Terry brings nine years of technology, programming, infrastructure, and computer services to our company. Terry's experience as an owner of other software companies has generated increased technology sales, product and software development, strategic planning and value added solutions to product design support. He has implemented quality improvement programs which include cause analysis and implementation of remedial actions and produced short and long term forecasting needs for improved client technology.

Jim Hearney began his career in the I.T. field in the summer of 1992 working as a computer technician and sales associate for S.T.M. Robotics Inc. in Hamilton New Jersey. Over the 8 years of employment Mr. Hearney rose through the ranks to become sales manager and ultimately store manager for the Princeton location. When S.T.M. Robotics was sold and closed in the spring of 2000, Mr. Hearney began employment as General Operations Manager at Energy Star Systems in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. In 2004 Mr. Hearney left Energy Star Systems and opened Rapid Response Computer Service with Terry Ikey in the spring of 2004.

Linda brings 19 years of major/national corporate sales and marketing experience to the Rapid Response Computer Service team. Linda has received a Bachelor of Science, marketing concentration, from Drexel University and continuing education with Rider University's master program. She has 13 years as a sales manager for United Parcel Service and spearheaded several special assignments during her stay with the company. Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborates with customer teams and motivates teams to peak performance. A big picture thinker, customer-centric driven to impact company quality, success and bottom line.

Michael graduated from Bucknell University in 2007. His experience extends to interning under the marketing division for United Parcel Service and working as head of marketing/advertising for Soul Arch Photography, an entrepreneur photography company based out of Costa Rica. An accomplished results-driven sales professional with experience focused on technology and telecommunications. He brings creative and innovative ideas to the table and has been instrumental in identifying company quality improvement, customer satisfaction and a proven track record of increased sales and revenue.

Steven started out with computers just before highschool, working with mostly software issues. Helping out family and friends with computer troubleshooting. He then moved on into computer graphic arts, working with programs from the Adobe Family, such as Photoshop and Illustrator. During his freshman year of highschool he worked for a company doing, doing T-shirt designs, Logos, brochure printing. In spring of 2008 Steven joined Rapid Response Computer Service. Troubleshooting computer hardware and software, the doors were open to mass amounts of knowledge through Rapid Response. Steven now is head website designer for Rapid Response Computer Service.
