The standard diagnostic consist of three parts - Hardware Diagnostics, Virus Scanning, and Data Backup. We use our professional hardware diagnostic tools to ensure your hardware is up and running to par. After we establish your hardware status we then scan your hard-drive for possible infections of viruses. Once the hard-drive has been scanned we then make a full backup of our customer’s data. After the diagnostic has been completed we take the time to go over your results with you, and give you our best recommendation, answer any questions you might have, or simply get your ok.
Priority Diagnostic (24hrs) – $150.00 Flat Rate
Our Priority Diagnostic service is open to all customers! With the Priority Diagnostic we will assign a technician to work on your machine consistently till the diagnostic has been done. The Priority Diagnostic consists of Hardware Diagnostics, Virus Scanning, and Data Backup.
Wipe and Reload of Operating System (24hrs) – $130.00 Flat Rate
Windows Corruption, Viruses, Bad Registry Entries, New Hard-Drive Replacement, and many more other problems are reason you would require a Wipe and Reload. We Wipe and Format your hard-drive in order to guarantee 100% removal of virus, Window Corruptions, and bad Registry Entries.
Standard Data Transfer – $97.50
This data transfer will cover up to 4GB, Pictures, Music, Documents, Internet Browser Favorites, Etc. We will provide you with a CD or External Hard-drive as well as putting your data back on the computer. Anything over 4GB of data will be charged extra; See Unlimited Data Transfer for more information.
Unlimited Data Transfer – 149.00
This data transfer will cover anything over 4GB of Pictures, Music, Documents, Internet Browser Favorites, etc. We can transfer this information to a Computer or External Hard-drive.
Laptop D/C Jack Replacement - Cost of Part Including Shipping + 199.00
A common problem with laptops is the D/C power adapter, This is a delicate hardware in which most cases applying too much pressure on the D/C connection can cause it break off , thus not charging your laptop anymore. In order to fix, we must take the entire laptop apart, remove the broken adapter and Solder on the new, then put the computer back together.
Installation and Configuration of Additional Software (Billed on hourly basis) – $49/Hr
Rapid Response Technician will set aside some time to install any specialized software as well as configure it for you.
