Jim Hearney and Terry Ikey opened the doors of Rapid Response Computer Service in July of 2004. Our initial goal was to offer a local repair shop where residential customers and small business could have fast and reliable I.T. Support. After our first year of rapid growth CAPT Jerry H Rovner, HRM, (USNR/NJSG-ret) joined us as partner and financier. From that point forward, our business has grown by exponential proportions. Since it’s inception, Rapid Response has grown to cover medium to large companies as well as offering a host of additional services that include Website development and secure remote backup services. From our humble beginnings at Sylvan Avenue in Hamilton, we have grown to include a state of the art lab for computer repair and an in-house data center to support our corporate contracts. Our current office in Robbinsville is conveniently located right on State Highway 33, just minutes from the Turnpike.
