About Us


Rapid Response Computer Service is a Disabled Veteran Owned Company specializing in a variety of computer services. The company is broken down into three functional areas: consumer retail repairs; small and medium size corporate business support; and website development. The company is in its fifth year of operations and has achieved double digit growth during this period of time. We look forward to strong growth and increasing the company’s overall profits by adding value to our target market segments the small business home office users. Rapid Response Computer Service is built on the assumption that management of information technology for business is like legal advice, accounting, and other types of knowledge, in that it is not inherently a do-it-yourself type of effort. Service to our customer above all else is a way of life at Rapid Response Computer Services. We feel a sense of urgency on any matters related to our customers. We own their problems and we are always responsive. We are customer-driven.

In 2004 Terry Ikey opened Rapid Response Computer Service with Jim Hearney in the spring of 2004. Terry brings nine years of technology, programming, infrastructure, and computer services to our company. Terry's experience as an owner of other software companies has generated increased technology sales, product and software development, strategic planning and value added solutions to product design support. He has implemented quality improvement programs which include cause analysis and implementation of remedial actions and produced short and long term forecasting needs for improved client technology.

Michael Rossos joined the Rapid Response team in January 2009 and currently is responsible for the company’s finances and large accounts. He began his career at Rapid Response as a sales representative but grew into the lead account manager for the company as well as fulfilling his current position over three years’ time. His experience extends to working with several startup companies within the United States as well as Costa Rica where he had an active role in sales and marketing. He brings innovative and creative ideas to the table and has been instrumental in identifying company quality improvement, improving customer satisfaction, reducing the company budget, and providing increased revenue and sales. Michael graduated from Bucknell University where he earned a B.S degree in Biology focusing on Environmental Studies.

Rapid Response Computer Service offers a very high level of practical experience, know how, and skills to both segments.
